Ami has over twenty years of experience in CRM, relationship management, business analysis and development in the non-profit fundraising arena. She started her career at Epsilon, where she found her love for data and analytics through working with some of the largest non-profits in the country including AARP and Special Olympics.
She continued her journey with data and fundraising by helping form the service bureau at Target Software known as “DMS”, growing it from four clients to over 50 in a few short years. Upon Blackbaud’s acquisition of Target Software, Ami grew to the Director of Client Services role, focused on cause-related non-profit organizations including Oxfam International, Feeding America, and American Red Cross.
Prior to joining ROI Solutions, Ami was the Vice President of Sales for Bernard Data Solutions, a small startup based in Colorado.
Throughout her career, Ami has been blessed to work with a wide array of organizations and helped them grow their fundraising while streamlining processes. She believes data is the backbone of every fundraising program.
In her free time, Ami is devoted to helping improve the lives of senior citizens through volunteer work and as the Chief Relationship Officer at Seniors Helping Seniors. She is also a member of the Board of Directors at LifeLinks, a Massachusetts based non-profit that provides programs and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities as well as their families.
Ami is a native of New Hampshire and lives atop a steep hill in the middle of the woods with her husband, son and daughter as well as their two chocolate labradors and a calico kitten.
