Associate Director of Integration & User Experience
Karen joined ROI Solutions in September 2011.
Prior to working with ROI, she served as CRM Manager for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Foundation, developed her online fundraising and advocacy skills as Director of Nonprofit Services at Care2 and was schooled in direct mail and telemarketing as an Account Executive at Chapman Cubine Adams + Hussey. Her particular areas of interest include social media/CRM, predictive analytics, and database marketing and integration.
Karen holds a BA in American Studies from Hampshire College and a MA in Teaching from The George Washington University. She lives in Washington, DC with two amazing rescue canine companions, belongs to the best bookclub in the world, is a fabulous vegan cook and reminds everyone to always adopt and never buy an animal companion.
