Technical Account Manager
Angela Scala joined us in May 2006. She has many years of project management experience working with non-profit organizations. As the primary client liaison, she has successfully managed several fundraising software implementations through the full project life-cycle.
Angela's skills focus on identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. As a project manager at Elderhostel, she worked with the functional areas and data and IT consultants on the selection and installation of new marketing and financial systems.
Previously, Angela worked as an implementation consultant for Target Software on their Team Approach product, and at Epsilon as a project director. She has managed long-term relationships with clients including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the US Holocaust Museum, the Nature Conservancy, MS Society and public TV and Radio stations.
As a technical account manager, Angela works closely with our clients to manage all of their data needs including training, consultation and database support.
