In Revolution Online, every field is searchable and sortable, and you can create reports in many different ways.
Standard Reports. For standard reports that you know you're going to need ahead of time, use the reports menu right inside the application. There you'll find various reports we've developed and customized to your organization's needs.
Ad Hoc Queries. In addition, Revolution Online gives you the ability to generate ad hoc queries yourself, either through third-party reporting tools, or with the ROI QueryTool.
Customized Reports. We can create customized reports specifically for your organization, and make them available on the “reports” tab of the application. For more complex outputs, ROI services can do it all for you, soup to nuts.
No Additional Cost. Part of the beauty of Revolution Online is that all reports and the QueryTool are available directly within Revolution Online, so you won’t incur any additional costs when you choose to run reports yourself.
Our Reporting and Query Capabilities
- Reports are run in real time and are available online 24/7/365, so you have access to your most current data.
- Data can be uploaded directly to Revolution Online through our Upload Tool.
- All queries can be saved, cloned and modified, scheduled to run at specific times, and sent to any distribution list in the format you choose.
- Schedule any report to be run on an individual or ongoing basis and delivered to your email, so you can have the data you need when you need it.
- Reports run in the background on our distributed Report Servers so they don’t tie up your system.
- View, print, or save reports to various formats: PDF, Word/Rich Text, Excel/Spreadsheet, or Tab Delimited.
