Director of Network Operations
Simon Nelson came on board with ROI Solutions in October 2003, bringing with him over seven years of system administration and database analysis experience. He has worked primarily with high-technology start-up software developers in the biotech field.
Simon is MCSE certified in Microsoft Windows technologies and has extensive experience working with all flavors of Microsoft operating systems and other Microsoft enterprise and desktop products. Simon has a reputation for dedicated teamwork and excellent crisis management as well as a commitment to overall network and data security.
As ROI's Director of Network Operations, Simon manages all aspects of ROI's IT infrastructure. From the desktops and laptops our staff use everyday, to the servers and SANs that keep our clients' data safe and secure.
