John McCarthy
Director of Integration & User Experience

John McCarthy joined ROI Solutions in November 2004.

As Director of Integration & User Experience at ROI, John works with clients and staff to make sure new systems and functionality are integrated smoothly and efficiently in Revolution Online and the client databases.

John is also keenly involved with the deployment of ROI Solutions Web Services offerings – ranging from creating web forms for our clients to training clients on “how to” and best practices for web-related requests. John also provides the think thru on new product implementation and releases such as ROI’s Donate Now! web-based donation feature, our email marketing functionality and other new product releases.

Prior to joining ROI Solutions, John worked in the publishing field for many years, first as a technical writer at Course Technology in Cambridge, MA, and later at Hearst Publishing's Country Living Gardener magazine. Most recently, John worked in the Higher Education Publishing Division of John Wiley & Sons as a web developer and project manager. At Wiley, John was involved in the redesign of the Higher Education Division's web site and the development of various web-based educational products. John has also developed a number of boutique web sites for small business including graphic design, layout, and database design and administration.

In his spare time John plays guitar and spends as much time as he can with his two daughters.
