Technical Account Manager
Jim joined ROI Solutions in January 2011, after promising Gina he would occasionally bring pastries from the local bakery near his residence.
Jim’s most recent role, Service Desk Analyst with Northeastern University’s Information Services Department, had him resolving a variety of technical issues for the University’s diverse community. He worked extensively on the deployment of the IS Department’s new implementation of the Service-now.com CRM/trouble ticketing system and created some pretty spectacular documentation. He’s ITIL Foundation certified, and really has a thing for understanding and improving processes.
Before Northeastern, Jim worked for a large financial organization, providing technical support to their internal and external sales representatives, who used Siebel and Pyxis mWholesaler as their CRM tool. Jim’s introduction to the world of nonprofit data management was at an organization located near his alma mater in State College, PA. There he managed and reported on records for smaller alumni organizations.
Jim enjoys learning new skills, whipping together tasty stir fries, finding weird and wonderful music, and digging through bargain bins at used book stores.
