Technical Account Manager
Rebecca Churt joined us in October 2006. As a technical account manager, she works closely with our clients to manage all of their data needs including training, consultation and database support.
Rebecca brings with her a passion for the non-profit world as well as a strong background in customer and donor relations, and project management.
Before joining ROI Solutions, Rebecca was a development associate with the International Institute of Rhode Island (IIRI). There, she headed the Direct Mail campaign and managed the non-profit's website, fundraising database, and annual giving program. She also helped integrate a new web-based client-and-volunteer database and develop a user training manual.
Prior to her time with IIRI, Rebecca worked for the Human Rights Campaign where she first became familiar with ROI while working as part of the major gifts team.
