Technical Account Manager
Alison joined ROI Solutions as a technical account manager in August 2011. She previously worked as an account executive at The Share Group, a telemarketing firm serving nonprofit organizations.
In 2003, she entered the for-profit sector with a job as senior account executive at Asurion, an insurance provider for cellular telephones. In 2008, she became senior account manager at Gryphon Networks, delivering on-demand contact governance solutions to for-profit companies of all sizes. She is happy to be working with nonprofit organizations again and even happier to have found a home at ROI Solutions.
Alison is skilled at identifying and addressing client needs, managing projects, and documenting business requirements. She has two adorable miniature dachshunds, is a bit of a theatre nerd, and digs gardening.
